Our global and personalized approach is based on the following procedure: every candidate should come personally to CINOPS and sit for an in-depth, face-to-face interview, in order for us to assess his educational, professional, socio-psychological background, as well as his physical traits, interpersonal and general strengths and skills.
If this in-depth interview happens to be impossible, we try our best to compensate it by a heavy correspondence and phone conversations with the incumbent.
